North Hart Elementary School
North Hart Title I Parent Invovlement Activity: Books and Blankets
Tuesday, December 2nd, we will host a Title I Parent Involvement activity entitled "Books and Blankets." Parents will learn strategies to help their child with reading and writing. They will also have an opportunity to practice those strategies utilizing Accelerated Reader. As a special treat, students will be able to have their picture made with Santa Claus! Pictures can be purchased for one dollar. Donations of "winter wear" items (blankets, hats, gloves, socks, etc.) will also be taken and donated to a nearby homeless shelter. There will be two sessions from which you can choose.
